Returns
If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at info@studioaffair.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, you can send the item back to us.
The return fee is €1.90, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Vintage Lingerie
All vintage lingerie pieces are carefully cleaned and inspected in our atelier before being offered for sale.
Each item is checked for imperfections. In some cases, straps or elastic have been replaced or reinforced, allowing the piece to be worn comfortably again and extending its lifespan.
Due to the nature of vintage, minor signs of wear may still be present and are part of the character of the piece.
Care Instructions (Vintage Lingerie)
We recommend gentle hand washing vintage lingerie in cold water using a mild detergent.
Do not tumble dry.
Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
Proper care will help preserve delicate fabrics and extend the life of your piece.

Made-to-Order Lingerie
Made-to-order lingerie is crafted especially for you in our atelier.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
Custom Lingerie
Custom lingerie pieces are available upon request.
