Each Sophie Tiné piece is handcrafted with care using high-quality leathers and materials sourced from Italy. Our bags and shoes are made to last, but we recommend treating them gently to preserve their original beauty.
Natural marks and subtle variations in color or texture are unique characteristics of the leather and should be seen as part of its charm.
Avoid exposure to liquids, oils, or creams, and store your item in its dust bag when not in use. Metal details and finishes may age over time this is a natural part of the material’s life and adds to its authenticity.

To place an order, simply select the model and color of your choice and click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready, go to your Cart (top right corner) to review your selection. You can adjust quantities or remove items before proceeding to Checkout.
Most Sophie Tiné pieces are made to order, crafted especially for you in our atelier.
Once your order is placed, your item will be carefully handmade this process takes approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment.
You can choose to create an account, log in to an existing one, or proceed as a guest.
After filling in your shipping details and selecting your preferred delivery method, continue to payment to complete your order.
Each order is prepared with care, reflecting the slow and thoughtful nature of our craft.

Most items are made to order, meaning your piece will be handmade especially for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours on business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders above €200..
For orders below this amount, the following rates apply:
• €9 — delivery within the European Union
• €15 — delivery to Australia
• €20 — delivery to all other international destinations
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@sophietine.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide the return instructions and shipping details.
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
